Variations
This trio of seasonings & jam is an ideal self-gifting idea for anyone that loves cooking meat, especially on the BBQ. The rubs are designed to match specific meats in order to compliment all flavours and the jam can be used as a glaze for meat or as a dipping sauce.
Chilli Rub for Chicken:
A dry rub with deep smoky and hot spices. Ideal on chicken, pork and beef.
Spicy BBQ Salt:
Our award-winning Spicy BBQ Salt has a mix of Halen Mon Sea salt blended with Chilli, Roasted Garlic and Charcoal Salts. This will enhance any meat with an extra kick and barbecue flavour.
Habanero & Pineappple Jam:
This is our hottest BBQ Jam. We have used a Habanero mash which has deep and hot chilli flavours. We have balanced this out with the sweetness of pineapple and peppers. The heat grows but settles down with the sweet pineapple. Try on slow cooked pork belly by brushing all over and put back on the BBQ to glaze and caramelise. Works great on smoked ham hocks, sausages, and ribs.
