Spicy BBQ Salt: Anglesey sea salt with chilli and garlic (50%), roasted garlic sea salt (25%), charcoal sea salt (25%).
Hot Mango Chutney: Mango (50%), cider vinegar, brown sugar, onions, red jalapeño mash (3%) (red jalapeño peppers, salt, acetic acid E260), ginger, garlic, lemon concentrate, salt, coriander, ground cumin, nigella seeds, crushed chillies.
Smoked Chilli Mayonnaise: Smoked infused extra virgin rapeseed oil (42%), rapeseed oil, free range whole EGG (14%), chilli infused extra virgin rapeseed oil (7%), spirit vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, tomato purée, free range EGG yolk powder (1%), salt, chipotle chilli powder (0.02%).
Fiery Tomato Relish: Red peppers, sugar, tomato (14%), red chilli (5%), red wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, scotch bonnet chillies (1%).
Punchy Jalapeño Mayonnaise: Rapeseed oil, water, red jalapeño mash (9%) (red jalapeño peppers, salt, acetic acid E260), SOYA milk (water, hulled SOYA beans), cider vinegar, salt, unrefined sugar, lime juice concentrate, onion powder, crushed chillies, garlic granules, nutritional yeast, modified potato starch, MUSTARD flour, thickener: xanthan gum, chilli powder.

Storage and shelf life Store in a cool dark place. Once opened, refrigerate the mayonnaises, chutney and relish and use within four weeks. The rub and salt keep at ambient temperature.
