Variations
This spicy food gift includes three dry seasoning rubs intended to add some delicious flavour to your food. Includes a Jerk Rub for Chicken, Habanero & Pineapple Jam, and Spicy BBQ Salt.
The Jerk Rub for Chicken is a blend of classic Jamaican flavours, with spice, fragrant and citrus. This rub is intended to be used as a seasoning before cooking meat and is specifically intended to work perfectly with chicken.
Our Habanero & Pineapple Jam uses habanero mash for the spice and pineapple to create the perfect balance of sweet & spicy. The jam is intended to be used as a dipping sauce for cheese & meat, or as a glaze before roasting meat.
The Spicy BBQ Salt is a blend of chilli, roasted garlic, and the finest sea salt from Halen Mon. This salt is intended to achieve a meaty, barbecue flavour which gets added to meat before cooking.
