Variations
This spicy food gift includes a selection of fiery items intended to add some delicious flavour to your food. Includes a Spicy BBQ Oil, Jerk Rub for Chicken, Habanero & Pineapple Jam, and Spicy BBQ Salt.
This Spicy BBQ Oil is a blend of extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil, infused with chilli, smoke and charcoal. The oil is designed to withstand extremely high temperatures so perfect for cooking barbecue food.
The Jerk Rub for Chicken is a blend of classic Jamaican flavours, with spice, fragrant and citrus. This rub is intended to be used as a seasoning before cooking meat and is specifically intended to work perfectly with chicken.
Our Habanero & Pineapple Jam uses habanero mash for the spice and pineapple to create the perfect balance of sweet & spicy. The jam is intended to be used as a dipping sauce for cheese & meat, or as a glaze before roasting meat.
The Spicy BBQ Salt is a blend of chilli, roasted garlic, and the finest sea salt from Halen Mon. This salt is intended to achieve a meaty, barbecue flavour which gets added to meat before cooking.
