Blended and hand packed in small batches in Broadway in the Cotswolds.

Four pieces, roughly from warm to properly hot.

Spicy BBQ Oil, 250ml. Cold pressed Cotswold rapeseed oil infused with chilli, smoke and charcoal. Use it to cook, baste or drizzle over pizza.

Spicy BBQ Salt, 50g. Halen Môn sea salt with chilli, roasted garlic and charcoal. Season meat before cooking or finish steaks and veg with it.

Jerk Rub for Chicken, 50g. Allspice, ginger, lime, thyme, cinnamon and habanero. Rub it into chicken thighs or wings and leave for an hour before grilling.

Habanero & Pineapple Jam, 110g. Sweet first, then a deep habanero heat. Glaze pork belly with it, or serve it with cheese and sausages.
