Variations

Original BBQ Oil, 250ml. Cold pressed Cotswold rapeseed oil infused with garlic and smoke. Brush it over meat before it goes on the grill and baste as it cooks.
BBQ Rub for Pork, 50g. A sweet and spicy dry rub built for pork. Work it into ribs, shoulder or chops an hour before cooking.
Original BBQ Salt, 50g. Two stars in the Great Taste Awards 2017. Smoked Halen Môn sea salt with roasted garlic and charcoal. Season meat before cooking for a proper barbecue flavour, or finish steaks and grilled veg with a pinch. The judges said other salts are gimmicky but this one tastes good.
Smoky Chipotle Chilli Jam, 110g. Smoky chipotle with red chilli and apple. Brush it over brisket or sausages in the last few minutes, or serve it with cheese.

Original BBQ Oil: Extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil infused with garlic and smoke.
BBQ Rub for Pork: Paprika, CELERY salt, onion, pepper, sugar, coriander, basil.
Original BBQ Salt: Anglesey smoked sea salt (50%), garlic (25%), charcoal (25%).
Smoky Chipotle Chilli Jam: Sugar, red pepper, apple, lemon juice from concentrate, red chilli (2%), chipotle powder (2%), pectin.

Making and provenance
Blended and hand packed in small batches in Broadway, Worcestershire, in the Cotswolds. Made in Britain, SALSA accredited. The sea salt is Halen Môn from Anglesey, which holds Protected Designation of Origin status. The rapeseed oil is grown and cold pressed in the Cotswolds. Storage
Store in a cool, dark place. Minimum 12 months shelf life. Keep the jam in the fridge once opened.
