The Gluten Free Bakery are producers of the finest gluten free sourdough breads. Our breads are also free from egg and dairy making them a great gluten free choice for vegans. They are free from soya and sulphites, additives and preservatives. Our breads contain no refined sugar or yeast.
We have created bread mixes that make it incredibly easy for you to bake your own bread at home that is identical to ours. All you need is water, no additional eggs, or oils!
Our great tasting breads can be used in a variety of ways so you can make rolls, loaves, baguettes, and even flatbreads, crackers and pizza bases. We hope you love our mixes as much as we do.
Rana was diagnosed Coeliac in 2012 and missed proper crusty yummy bread, and it was for this need that we created our breads. We also didn't want them to be filled with needless additional sugar, preservatives and additives. Rana and Alexander teamed up to create this bread and having scoured the globe couldn't quite find the right bread so they went ahead and made their own, the results of which you can benefit from right here.
