My name is Rachel Leary, a potter who is obsessed with porcelain, nature and colour! I began my ceramic journey in 2015 when I graduated with a Masters degree in Ceramics from Cardiff School of Art. Since then, I have established a small home studio in the countryside of Northern Ireland where I am directly influenced by the natural world that surrounds me.

I design and create functional items in quality porcelain clay, and I primarily slip-cast or hand-build my work. Each of my items are handmade from start to finish, from the moulds that I use to slip-cast, to the flora and fauna designs that decorate my pottery. I have always had a love for drawing and painting, so I thought...why not get a little work of art with your pottery!

The special thing about my pottery is that the glazing is quite organic, meaning that no two items will be exactly the same, and you can be assured that you are purchasing something truly unique.
