The small family firm of Coloma Garcia make turron using traditional methods and equipment. Turron duro is a hard turron made with marcona almonds, lemon and honey, egg white and sugar.
Turron is traditional in Spain at Christmas time but is delicious to eat all year round.
Try with a mid-morning coffee or as a sweet accompaniment to a post dinner digestive/coffee!
