This gorgeous Cologne Fougère barber's shaving soap is perfect for bringing a touch of freshness to your daily shave. Fougère is the most iconic of masculine fragrance styles, which captures the image of ferns in their most fragrant form.
In fact, fougère means 'fern-like' in French, and it has a fresh, green scent reminiscent of a forest after the rain. The addition of shea butter in this soap gives it incomparable glide and hydration and the post-shave effect is thus greatly improved.

In France, Le Père Lucien is a name synonymous with traditional wet shaving. Founded by the Lelégard family, this artisan producer offers stunning hand-crafted products of exceptionally high quality.
Developed in keeping with traditional methods, this soap is made without preservatives, bleach, additives or colouring agents and contains only sustainable natural ingredients responsibly sourced from local agriculture in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
It’s deeply moisturising and nourishing, and combines vegetable oils with glycerin to help keep the skin free from irritation and leave it soft and protected. This soap is particularly suitable for fragile or atopic skin and thanks to the addition of shea butter, it creates a rich and plentiful creamy lather, ensuring a perfect glide of the blade and giving an exceptional post shave feel.
