This set of four flat pack 'Happy Diwali' party hats will add lots of fun and colour to your Diwali celebrations. Each pack includes 4 flat hats with elastic attached, ready for you to simply roll into a cone yourself.
Each pack includes 2 x purple with colourful candle flames and 2 x orange with stars, all with the message 'Happy Diwali' in gold foil.
