Our stylish and contemporary Personalised Kintsugi Disc Necklace makes the perfect gift.
The disc pendant features a flat sterling silver circle disc with a engraved Kintsugi inspired crack down the middle that is filled with gold fill. Also available in 18ct rose or 18ct yellow gold plate.
Kintsugi translated means 'to patch with gold'. It is a Japanese art form in which breaks, and repairs are treated as part of the object's wonderful history. Instead of hiding away the repairs, Kintsugi celebrates them, fills them with gold and turns them into the focal point. Kintsugi isn't about perfection, it is about seeing the beauty in imperfection.
Variations
You can personalise the reverse of the disc with up to 8 characters (this includes letters, numerals, punctuation marks and spacing). If you would like the tag to be left un-personalised, please write BLANK in the personalisation box.
We can only stamp the Roman alphabet in the font shown in the product images. The following punctuation & symbols are available fullstop,'&', '@', '#', '!', '( )', '?'. plus all numerals.
The lettering will appear black due to the oxidisation.

Pendant measures approximately 1.8cm across. The hand-stamping is in a 2mm font running across the back of the pendant.
Chain length is either 18" or 24"
Made from
Handmade in our Brighton Studio from 925 Sterling Silver with the option of 18ct yellow or 18ct Rose gold plate. Suspended on a 18" or 24 inch chain in your choice of metal type.
Each item will be presented in one of our branded Posh Totty Designs gift boxes.
