Choose up to three precious stones to make this dainty necklace extra special. Each item is individually handmade in the Posh Totty Designs workshop in Brighton. Using precious birthstones of your choice, our skilled jewellers hand set each stone in this dainty solid gold disc. A beautiful everyday-wear necklace that can be layered perfectly.
