The hammered disc can each be personalised with up to three characters of your choice across the middle and the heart can be personalised with a special initial on the left hand side. This necklace comes with an extra fine 9ct white gold 18" trace chain. The two charms sit nicely together and are a favourite amongst us mixed gold lovers. Combine all three golds, white, rose and yellow for a contemporary look.

Each item is individually handmade in the Posh Totty Designs workshop in Brighton. The personalisation is hand stamped rather than machine engraved, as such, any irregularities should be appreciated as part of a bespoke design
This necklace is available with a 9ct gold rose, white or yellow gold heart and rose or yellow gold tag. This necklaces comes complete with a 9ct white gold chain.
