Bring bold architectural foliage into your indoor space with the impressive Fatsia japonica, commonly known as the Paper Plant or Japanese Aralia. Its large, glossy, palmately lobed green leaves create a distinctive tropical appearance and make an eye-catching addition to indoor foliage displays. RHS describes Fatsia japonica as an evergreen plant with large, leathery, palmately lobed leaves.
Supplied in a 19cm pot with an approximate 3Ltr capacity, this substantial foliage plant is ideal for living rooms, hallways, offices and other spacious indoor areas. Its bold foliage and architectural growth habit make it particularly effective as a statement houseplant.
Fatsia japonica can be grown as a houseplant and prefers a bright, cool and well-ventilated indoor position. Keep the compost appropriately moist while allowing good drainage and avoid prolonged waterlogging.
