Double Chocolate Brownie - Judges comments What a lovely overall package! These little brownie squares are cut beautifully and are perfectly formed. They look pretty and have just the right level of squidginess. They are evenly speckled with white chocolate and there is a fine sugary, meringuey layer on top. These little brownies have a good rich chocolate flavour with a hint of vanilla and a long, luxurious finish.
Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownie - Judges comments A very rich and fudgey centre that melts in the mouth. The evenly distributed white chocolate was not only aesthetically pleasing but also added character and texture.
