If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of unused items within 14 days of delivery on return of the item.

Please return items in their original packaging.

You must cover the cost of returning the item unless faulty or damaged.

In the instance where you have received faulty or damaged goods, please inform us and contact us before returning, so that we can ascertain the best way to recover the goods.

You will need to cover any import duties that may arise when returning items from another country.

Please ensure that you use a recorded and fully insured service for the return of any items.

Peastyle will not be liable for loss or damage in transit.

Any made to order / bespoke items are non refundable. Special request orders are subject to a 25% admin fee.
