All the ingredients for our pastes and sauces are carefully and sustainably sourced from across Thailand and the UK.

All our products are hand-made by our small, devoted team of professional chefs at Farang London, our award-winning, Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in Highbury, North London. Fronted by head chef, Sebby Holmes, our mission is to provide food lovers with a high-quality, preservative free, freshly made product that brings together the best ingredients from Thailand and the UK. Payst was born after exploring and experimenting with Thai street food for many years. We hope you love it as much as we do!
