Personalised Sailcloth Beach Bag/Shopping Bag

They are made in our sail loft on the Isle of Wight from re-cut sails that could have been used on yachts that have sailed on the Solent, the Mediterranean, or across to the Caribbean!

If good quality recycled sailcloth is unavailable, we will use top quality, medium weight, new sailcloth.

It is large enough for towels, swimmers, essential reading matter, lunch and suncream for the family. The soft double webbing handles allow the bag to be worn on the shoulder or carried by the hand.

You can fill it with your surfing or sailing gear, family picnic, bread, milk & produce, childrens toys and games, use as an inflight bag, or take with you on weekends away to the coast, the country or up to town.

With their nautical good looks they make ideal presents that will be appreciated by both boys and girls of all ages.

The two large initials or numbers, or a combination of both are available in a choice of different colours: navy blue, mid blue, red, green, grey, black, fluorescent orange, fluorescent pink or fluorescent yellow. They are cut out by hand and then sewn on with traditional sailmakers zigzag stitch, using U.V. resistant thread.

The top band of sailcloth is available in a choice of colours: navy blue, royal blue, Caribbean turquoise blue, grey, red, yellow, black, white or pale blue.

We also offer you a choice of colours for the double thickness, 2" wide soft webbing handles: navy blue, mid blue, grey, red, white, green, yellow, black or navy blue and red.

The large inside pocket is useful for a purse/wallet, phone, or keys.

They are extremely lightweight and can be folded away easily making them really useful to take with you on trips away or on your holidays. They can also be washed and will dry very quickly.

All seams are heat sealed to prevent fraying. Stitching throughout is done with U.V. treated sailmakers thread.
