Ian Unsworth, Pangea Sculpture's founder, first saw animal sculptures being sold at the roadside whilst on a trip to Africa. He became fascinated with these fantastical sculptures and met with the artists and artisan's for Sculpture Art and variety of other African Art. Ian bought a couple of pieces for himself and made arrangements to ship a container of these beautiful animal sculptures over to the UK to see if other people had the same reaction to them as he did. Naturally, people flocked to them and the entire lot sold within weeks.

Taking our name from the ancient super continent of Pangea, we have gone from strength-to-strength since forming in 2014, leading to the opening of our beautiful showroom in July 2016.
