Hi, I’m Mairi and I’m lucky enough to live on the beautiful West Coast Scottish Island of Lismore, home of Picts,vikings, castles and ceilidhs.

So why Slàinte Sauces ??

Well my Aussie husband Geoff works on our family oyster farm and we wanted to make sauces to go with the oyster, as a big Gin lover I started with a Gin & Tonic drizzle followed by a Spicy Tequila..they were AMAZING and not just on oysters but over all seafood, grilled chicken, salads.. over the next 2 years more flavours were developed and they received a great response.

May 2020 Slàinte Sauces were launched. Slainte - ‘Slan-cha’ a Scottish toast or cheers

All the sauces are made in small batches in a EHO approved kitchen and have at least 25% alcohol, so definitely bring the celebration to your table!

An adult only treat! the perfect gift for birthdays, housewarmings, mother and fathers days or to bring a little joy as an everyday indulgence.

Not only do they taste great but with awesome colour they look fabulous too !
