Pelmanism, known as the Memory Game, is an excellent exercise for boosting brain function and memory skills, suitable for all ages from grandchildren to grandparents.To set up Pelmanism, place all the cards face down on a flat surface and shuffle them. Players then take turns flipping over two cards. If the cards match, the player removes them and takes another turn. If they don't match, the cards are left in place and turned back face down.
