Simply follow the below instructions to upload your photo and provide us with your chosen date and text, then we do the rest!
TO UPLOAD YOUR IMAGES please follow these steps:
> Make sure you are logged into your notonthehighstreet.com account
> Go to ‘My Orders’
> Click ‘Contact Seller’
> Attach images ensuring you label the images in the text box provided (the images will not upload if no text is entered)
> Click Submit
Alternatively, if you have trouble with this method you can email the photographs to [email protected] along with your order number.
We recommend the photo size to be a minimum of 260 x 260 pixels
PLEASE NOTE: Images that are not sent to us square - i.e rectangle - will be cropped to fit a square image as shown in our sample image. We do not provide proofs unless requested, please open an enquiry straight after ordering to request a proof. Please also note we will focus on the people/animals shown in the pictures, if the image is zoomed in we will focus on faces.
