This gift card holds a personalised wooden keepsake engraved with wording of your choice, popular as a anniversary gift card, especially for your 5th (Wooden Anniversary), engraved with the wedding date or couple’s initials. This special card is perfect for those who want to give a card that is truly unique.
Personalise the wooden keepsake with just you and your partners initials, or choose to add a second line of text where you can put your anniversary date which will appear underneath the initials.

The card design is a pretty hand-drawn spring wreath dotted with hearts and flowers. The inside is left blank for your own message.
Choose from a selection of 5 ribbon colours for your keepsake.
The engraved wooden keepsake is made from a piece of birch wood to resemble a slice through a tree trunk carved with your words inside a cupid-struck heart. There is the option to add subtle sparkle with a few Swarovski crystals.
The card comes with its own rustic-style kraft paper envelope. Both are sent out in a hard-backed protective envelope.
