What should I put on the back?

It is a legal requirement in the UK for your dog to wear identification when out in public places, which should include your surname and address including postcode (door number and postcode is sufficient). It's also a good idea to have your phone number. You can put chipped but all dogs in the UK should be chipped anyway. You are of course free to choose any text you require for the back as long as it's within the character limit.
