If you're looking for a lovely, lasting home for photos, cards, and sentimental bits and bobs, our wooden memory box is made to order right here in our Buckinghamshire workshop. We craft each one from birch ply and finish it inside and out with a rich whiskey-coloured hard wax oil, bringing out all the natural character and grain of the wood.
The main feature is your chosen date carved straight into the lid. We fill the carving with a crisp white finish so your milestone date really stands out against the warm timber.

Just let us know the date you'd like carved on the lid using numbers and dots (for example: 4.6.89 or 14.10.26).
Please note: This design is for numbers and punctuation dots only (letters cannot be accommodated). We carve the digits directly into the wood and finish them by hand in white.
Optional Felt Lining: If you'd like to add a bit of extra luxury, we can line the inside with soft felt in one of nine colours—including cherry red, mustard, black, and purple.
Want to add an extra personal touch? We can also carve a message onto the underside of the box for a small additional charge—perfect for leaving a secret note, a heartfelt message, or a special dedication.
