Hello I'm Helen - the illustrator, designer and maker behind Nelly's Treasures.

I love creating bold and fun designs for kids. From screen printed t-shirts to illustrated birthday cards I enjoy making colourful and cute designs to put a smile on everyones face.

I'm originally from a small seaside town just outside of Cardiff and spend most of my time working from my snug studio at Meanwhile House, a creative hub of small businesses in the heart of the city. Within my workshop I am a one woman sewing, drawing, designing and packing machine. I love running my own creative business and seeing my initial drawings come to life on fabric and in print gives me a lot of joy.

Becoming a mother definitely opened my eyes to how wonderful children's design can be and I love designing with my own family in mind. I love that I'm able to combine all my favourite things into items that I can share with others and I hope you enjoy them too.
