All Gluten free, our proper crumbly Great Taste Award-winning Surrey fudge is hand-made in very small batches the old-fashioned way with golden West Sussex dairy butter and the finest ingredients. for buttery flavour and perfect texture. We don’t do neat and tidy. We do fudge as it should be. A meltingly tasty little indulgence in satisfying chunks and scrummy flavours. Deliciously naughty as a treat or perfect gift and flat-packed to fit through a letterbox with a personal, hand-written message included if needed.

Originally an Art Director for newspapers and magazines, fudge-maker Liz Usher had always made fudge to her Grandma’s recipe for family and friends at Christmas. Branching out into presents for her children’s schoolteachers and following pleas for more to help a school fundraising project, Liz started selling at local fairs and markets and now has her own kitchen at a converted Victorian pottery just around the corner from where she lives.
