My grandmother was a pioneering female-force in the art of Indian cookery. She was one of the very early foodie mumpreneurs at a time and place it wasn't easy at all, which is why I’m so proud and excited to have started a company that celebrates her achievements and world-firsts. In doing so I aim to take her legacy and what is a special part of India’s culinary heritage to an even wider audience.
