Men’s Personalised Silver Medical Alert Necklace

Choose a medical ID necklace that feels like something you would wear. This slender sterling silver tag has a small copper rivet and space on the back for the information you want to carry, such as an allergy, condition or contact number.

We handcraft the tag and deep engrave your chosen wording. Its straightforward shape keeps the focus on the information. A chain is included, and you can choose a plain front or the Caduceus medical symbol.

Add up to four lines of medical information, with 25 characters per line including spaces: 100 characters in total. Your wording is engraved in capitals. Check every word and number before ordering.

Choose a plain front or Caduceus medical symbol. A 16-inch chain is included; 18, 20, 22 and 24-inch lengths cost extra. Choose a sterling silver belcher or ball chain.

Check that the information and contact details you enter are current and that each line fits its individual limit.
