The traditional Heritage Christening Bangle is a keepsake silver gift to remind her of where she is from, and where she is headed.

A contemporary twist on a traditional sterling silver baby bangle, the dainty milgrain edge of this baby's bracelet is a sophisticated feature perfect for a modern heirloom. Beautiful baby jewellery for a newborn gift, baptism gift or baby's baptism jewellery, it would make a lovely token from a new baby's family or godparents gift.

The expandable baby bangle will grow to fit over the widest part of the child's hand until around the age of three whereupon it will be kept as a treasured symbol of infancy and the guiding influences in their life. We are unable to personalise this item as the milgrain detailing makes it the lettering too small, as we use a machine to engrave on the outside for perfection - but you could take it to a local hand engraver and have something bespoke engraved on the inside.

Dimensions

The bangle has a diameter of 4.8cm, to 5.2cm fully expanded. This standard industry size; It will expand over the widest part of the hand but not sit tighter than at 4.8cm around the wrist. Do not attempt to force to fit a smaller size, as this risks damaging the product and will not be accepted as a return. It is a keepsake gift that they should be able to be worn until around the age of three.

It is recommended you store your jewellery in the packaging provided to reduce the risk of damage affecting its appearance. All sterling silver is prone to natural tarnishing, which can be treated by a respected name brand polishing cloth. Molly Brown London is an Assay assured brand and has been tested by the Edinburgh Assay Office, it contains no lead and has passed the Newton Break Test.
