Miss Meaney’s was founded in Essex in 2015 by designer maker Emily Meaney, and has since grown into an established homewares brand in 2016.
Emily takes her inspiration from natural landscapes, seascapes and British wildlife. Her love of painting scenes, plants, animals and birds can be seen in her collections, along with a passion for fresh British design.
Every element in each design is Emily’s original artwork that has been hand painted in watercolours and inks. This is then digitally reproduced onto 100% natural fabric such as silk, cotton or linens using top quality printing manufacturers in the UK.
Each product is handmade or hand finished by Emily, however her stunning cushions are handmade by an all women’s charity based in London. The charity is called Stitches In Time which provides textile training and development programmes for local unemployed women.
Proudly designed, printed and handmade in Britain.
