The card is available in 2 designs, an apple or a flower, each can be personalised with any words of your choice, which are embroidered above and below.

Words of up to 20 characters can be embroidered on to each line, this includes spaces and punctuation.

If you would like your thank you card to be sent direct to the recipient, you can add a message to go inside the card, which will be printed onto a paper insert.
