Our handmade mithai is a contemporary take on classic South Asian sweets. Each mithai is lovingly prepared with the perfect blend of the finest ingredients to give you a decadent and luxurious melt-in-your experience every time.

Meg's Mithai was started by me (Meg) during lockdown in November 2020 from my home kitchen in East London and is born out of a love for cooking and life. I'm a Science teacher and Education Consultant and mother of 2 lively teens. I have the wonderful support of small team in West London which has allowed Meg's Mithai to grow.

These are the recipes I have made for my friends and family over the last 10 years and now it's time to share them with you all.

We're very proud to say Nadiya Hussain (The 2015 Great British Bake Off Winner) is a customer of Meg's Mithai.

I want each of you to truly enjoy the experience of creamy but not too sweet barfi that packs a punch of flavour.
