Recreate your own restaurant dining experience at home with our unique handcrafted ceramics.
Matthew Jones, owner of Matthew Jones Ceramics, is based in the heart of South Wales Valleys.
Studying Pottery in Art College sparked a love for creating unique handmade pieces.
From sculpture work to throwing a pot on the wheel, this inspired him to start his own business.
With a small team, he opened his first studio which is based in the heart of Caerphilly county, where most of the production happens.
Expanding his business, he then opened another studio which is based at Goodsheds, Barry, known as 'The Toad.' This space functions as both a shop and a place to run his workshops. The workshops consist of teaching others to create their own unique pieces using clay on the wheel.
Being passionate about food and having a love for ceramics, Matt has combined the two by creating his own unique handmade kitchenware, each item handcrafted individually with care, precision and attention, producing gift sets for customers to recreate their own restaurant experience at home.
The beauty of handmade is that all pieces are slightly different. The pictures you see displaying our products will be different to the products you receive. Due to the hand crafted nature they each differ slightly in their dimensions.
We accept gift wrap requests, we can also include a small hand written note to orders, just ask!
