Palate: Cassia and black pepper. Rounded citrus flesh sweetness, with a subtle savoury edge.
Finish: A touch of lemon sherbet, but it doesn't make things overly sweet as it's balanced by the coriander seed and notes of ginger beer and grapefruit.
