Macarons Party Tray

All of our macarons are produced with the finest quality ingredients and where we can we always source local produce. All macarons are gluten free and are suitable for vegetarians.

Pistachio: Granulated sugar, ground almonds, icing sugar, white chocolate (28.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), egg whites, double cream (milk), water, ground pistachios; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: tartrazine E102*, quinoline yellow E104*, brilliant blue FCF E133, brown HT E155.

Lemon: Icing sugar, granulated sugar, ground almonds, egg whites, unsalted butter (milk), lemon puree (lemon 100%), water, lemon zest; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: tartrazine E102*, quinoline yellow E104*.

Salted Caramel: Granulated sugar, ground almonds, icing sugar, egg whites, double cream (milk), unsalted butter (milk), water, sea salt; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: tartrazine E102*, brown HT E155.

Raspberry: Granulated sugar, ground almond, icing sugar, egg whites, unsalted butter (milk), raspberry puree (raspberry 100%), water, freeze dried raspberry powder, sea salt; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: carmoisine E122*, allura red E129*.

Rose: White chocolate (28.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), granulated sugar, ground almonds, icing sugar, egg whites, double cream (milk), water, unsalted butter (milk), rose water; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: carmoisine E122*.
