Lyngard

Lyngard Ceramics is a small, family-run business that designs, develops and produces ceramic wares.

We are based in the heart of the Potteries in Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire. Taking our inspiration from the past, we add our own handwriting through the use of different shapes, glazes and decoration. One of the more interesting finishes is the true reduction-fired lustre finish. This produces a metallic iridescent glaze that changes colour depending on the light - a technique known and used by only a handful of experts worldwide.

The head of Lyngard Ceramics is Carmen Pattinson, who joined the family business following a successful career as a Fashion Buyer for several blue chip companies in London. Carmen's family have been involved in the Pottery industry for over six generations, ranging from Ceramic artists to Factory owners.

Carmen launched the lighting range in 2014. All items are hand-made in Stoke-On-Trent, England.
