'The Worry Box' Worries Diary

The Worry Box is a perfect gift for anyone who may need a helping hand through life's slightly tricky journey. A family, a teenager, a good friend, someone who needs cheering up, or for anyone who may benefit from removing their worries from their minds and boxing them up for another day.. Every time you feel worried about something, write it down onto a little card and post it into the top.
