This sterling silver bracelet comes with a delicately textured sterling silver heart charm approximately 10mm long alongside a handset semi precious birthstone of your choice approximately 3mm on a sterling silver flower charm approximately 7mm across.

Each semi precious stone can be chosen for someones birth month or just their favourite colour.

You can also get this personalised with a single initial on a sterling silver round disc by the sterling silver lobster clasp.
