Love Bee specialises in organic clothing for trendy little bees. Sizes range from newborn to seven years handmade in our North Wales Studio.
My name is Laura and I am a mummy to our gorgeous boys, George who is six and Edward who is two. They are the inspiration and the reason I started this exciting handmade shop venture. Before I had my sons, I studied fashion at University of Central Lancashire and gained a First Class Honours Degree. After I graduated, I went on to study at The London College of Fashion and gained my Masters Degree.
Family life soon took over and I married my military husband. We moved to a different place in the country and we had our first son. I wanted to dress him in soft, unique and age appropriate clothes and I found myself struggling to find the right quality and designs. I started to search for fabrics and my love and passion for making clothes changed from womenswear to childrenswear.
I felt my career was going to be difficult as we had a future of moving and redeployment. I became completely obsessed with using my skills to create clothes for George and soon everyone we met became obsessed.
But this is who we are now
LoveBee today is a growing business. My amazing husband Tom joined the business in 2020 and finished his military career. This was a massive turning point for us as a family and a business. We moved home and now have seven amazing members of staff, ourselves Laura and Tom, Kirsty, Lizzie, Katie, Alina and Abi who all make team bee.
We work together from a barn converted studio in North Wales creating every item, from the fabric arriving to being cut, sewn and packed. You can follow your items being made on social media. Try and spot your custom order being packed and ready to leave.
From July 2016 to now, LoveBee has the same high quality items being made with so much care and attention. This is British handmade items at the very top.
