At Louth Distillery, we are the proud home of renowned Lincolnshire brands Pin Gin and Rum Cat. Expanding on the heritage of Bottomley Distillers, we want to welcome you into our world of botanicals, distillation, and alchemy.

Pin Gin was born from the first distillery in Lincolnshire in 2016 and quickly became one of Lincolnshire's most recognisable brands.

We wanted to share our love for distillation with you, so we opened up our Gin School in 2023, allowing guests to become Master Distiller for the day. Our experiences range from £25 to £135, we have over 70 botanicals to chose from, and a wide variety of drinks available from our bar, so there's something for everyone at Louth Distillery.
