Included are whole and ground spices, coconut milk & an optional chilli pack (adjust the heat level to suit the family).
Perfect as a gift for a family or to make a special meal. The spices are all high quality and hand roasted and ground by us to a family recipe.
Variations
All the kits come with a recipe card, shopping list, ideas for variations & a picture of what the dish should look like. Choose between the mains and sides as well as a basmati fried rice kit or red rice. (Sri Lankan red rice is known as healthier as it is high in minerals & fibre content ( most of which comes from the bran that coats the grain) .The gorgeous red color comes from an antioxident called anthrocyanins). It has a nutty earthy flavour that works well paired with coconut milk curries.
