Literary Emporium Ltd is a family run business creating gifts for book lovers including jewellery, stationery and apparel.
Thank you for taking the time to find out more about us. I (Rio) founded Literary Emporium in 2012 as a creative outlet after I finished my English degree and united my love of literature with a fondness for handmade crafts to create a range of necklaces with a literary twist. Looking to my bookcase for inspiration, we’ve now developed Literary Emporium’s product range to include a selection of jewellery, stationery and accessories.
As the business has grown over the last few years, my partner Ian has left his teaching career to join me in the business full-time. This is a huge step for us and we are now a family run business in the truest sense of the phrase. It’s me (designer, marketing, customer service), my mum Mandy (order packer, product assembling) and now, also, Ian (logistics, wholesale and operations). We all work together to support Literary Emporium to continue to grow and it’s why every order really does mean the absolute world to us.
