- On the checkout page, just under the 'delivery options' there is an option to 'add a delivery note'. You can put your lyrics in there. Alternatively, if you miss this, you can send it after placing your order, on the 'orders' page via the 'contact seller' button, where you should also upload your photo.
- We would prefer it if you can provide us with the lyrics for the song and include any punctuation. If you provide us with the title of the song only, we will obtain the lyrics online, but we cannot verify the accuracy of the lyrics in this instance. We cannot perform any editing to text found online, so it will be presented as found online.
- If your photo is in landscape style, your design will be created with photo on top and lyrics below. if your photo is portrait style, it will be created with photo on the left and lyrics on the right. Images of both designs are displayed.
Proofing:
We can produce a digital preview of your print, in order for you to check the layout/spellings before we print. If you ask for this service, we will place your digital attachment under the 'my orders' page of your account (usually the following working day). Please kindly check your spelling before submitting your order, as we use the exact text provided.
If we do not hear back from you with approval of your digital preview within 48 hours, we will dispatch your order without approval.
