The Story

My Dad (or Our Dad if more than one child) has a very big secret… By day he is a mild mannered (Dad’s job e.g. Accountant, full time Daddy etc), working hard in (town where he works e.g. London), but by night, he transforms into… Superdad, the most awesome dad in the universe! His top secret headquarters are at (home address e.g. 15 Verwood Terrace, St Albans), where he lives with me (or us), (other family members e.g. Mummy and Spot the dog.) Superdad’s incredible super strength comes from eating lots of (favourite food e.g.: bacon sandwiches). It’s his favourite food and the source of all his powers. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s Superdad!... racing around town (Dad’s transport - on his bike / in his trainers/ in his car/ in his van). Go Superdad!!!! He likes wearing his favourite (favourite clothing e.g. Arsenal t-shirt)... which gives him special magnetism, although it doesn’t work all of the time. After a long day of saving the world, he hates washing and ironing his Superhero clothes! He likes spending time with his other superhero friends - they like shooting lasers from their eyes, crushing rocks barehanded, battling robots, and (dad’s hobbies e.g.playing football on Saturdays). Dad is really brave and will face any danger to keep us all safe. He’s the world’s best dad at (world best at e.g.: reading me bedtime stories.) But his greatest superpower is making everyday the best day ever! Sometimes, even Superdads need help, and that’s where I (or we) come in! Superdad and his super sidekick(s), The Amazing (child’s name/s)! Dad, you’ll always be my (our) hero, love (child’s name/s).
