Bon Bons - Delicate, handcrafted chocolates that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Each bonbon starts with a crisp outer shell made from tempered chocolate, giving it a glossy finish and a satisfying snap when bitten into.

Chocolate Brownie - The ultimate indulgence for chocolate lovers, offering a moist, fudgy interior and a slightly crisp, crackly top.

Chocolate Truffles - The ultimate expression of simplicity and indulgence, offering a velvety, creamy centre coated in a variety of textures.

Variations

At Leeds cookery school we aim for our guests to take home a combination of newfound skills, knowledge, and a memorable experience that enriches their culinary curiosities and encourages them to explore & enjoy food in new and exciting ways.

At the end of our workshops we encourage our guests to relax and enjoy tasting the fruits of their labour and share the experience with their fellow participants.

You do not need to bring any equipment or ingredients with you as this will be provided by the cookery school and is included in the cost.

Please make sure to inform us of any allergies when booking on to the workshop.

We use induction hobs at the cookery school so if you have a pacemaker fitted, please get in contact with us when you have booked to let us know so we can adapt our equipment to meet your needs.

Refreshments are provided throughout the session.

Where possible, our ingredients are sourced ethically and locally. We are proud to use Neils Fruit & Veg from Leeds Kirkgate Market and Sykes House Farm butchers from Wetherby. We endeavour to minimise plastic usage and source recycled sundry products where available. We run seasonal classes to maximise the use of fresh local ingredients and discuss alternatives within the class to suit dietary or ethical requirements. We order only what we need and if there is any food waste we compost it.
