Your colour choice of Giant Merino Wool, Giant Needles, and the vital instructions on how to process your blanket once it's been knitted up (further details below)
I hand process each of my blankets and have developed an at-home version for you to use in a bath tub or other large container)
Great fun for an experienced knitter, you can buy the kit and ask a friend to make the blanket for you or give the kit as a gift to a keen knitter and cosy enthusiast.
Variations
Select the amount of wool you'd like from 1kg to 10kg depending on how big you want your blanket to be, as a guide:
1kg knits up to approximately 0.5 metres squared,
2kg is around 1 metres squared,
3kg is around 1.5 metres squared etc etc.
If you would like guidance on how much wool to buy to create a certain sized blanket feel free to get in touch. Please do bear in mind that all calculations and measurements are approximate as each is so dependant on the knitter.
You can choose from a range of 32 colours and the instructions include 4 different stitch options (of course if you're a knitting pro you can knit whatever stitch takes your fancy!)
Stitch options included - Moss, Stockinette, Single Rib and Double Rib Stitch
Available colours are - Natural White, Oyster, Soft Peach, Pewter Brown, Mink/Blush, Damson, Bright Pink, Candyfloss, Lilac, Amethyst, Aquamarine, Aubergine, Shadow, Midnight, School Blue, Denim, Baby Blue, Charcoal, Granite, Mid Grey, Light Grey, Teal, Turquoise, Mint, Coral, Ruby, Scarlet, Lime green, Mustard Yellow, Laburnum, Olive, and Forest green.
Dimensions
1kg of wool knits approximately 0.5 Square meters of blanket therefore 2kg is approximately 1 metre squared etc
Please note that due to a number of factors such as knitting tension this varies from person to person and is a guideline.
Please also bear in mind that although every effort is taken to represent colours accurately they may appear differently on screen. If you are after a very specific colour please get in touch for a sample before ordering.

Merino wool is amazing to work with, it dyes really well so is available in a huge range of colours, it's a luxuriously soft wool that is beautiful on the skin.
Important information -
Tension - Tension is vital when it comes to knitting, Unspun wool is wonderful to work with but can be pulled apart relatively easily so keep your tension quite loose.
Everyone is different - Due to the way we knit every blanket will come out slightly differently . If you're after the exact same blanket you've seen in a picture, it's probably best to just buy that blanket. If you're up for creating something of your own then this kit is the answer and you will have a ball!
It's all yours - When you purchase the knit kit it becomes your responsibility. The instructions within it are guidelines and of course you can change them as much or as little as you like. Whether or not you follow the instructions, however it turns out is not my responsibility. All measurements and calculations are approximate, but I can assure you that these kits have been tried and tested on a number of people without any extra help from me, and each time were a success.
Care Instructions:
These are natural products made from un-spun wool which means pilling may occur. Pulling is a natural result of friction so the more you use the blanket, the more it will wear - Just like if you have a nice woollen jumper you would avoid wearing it all day, every day, so that it can have a longer lifespan.
When cared for properly, unspun wool blankets can have long lifetimes and keep you cosy for years.
Spot clean any spills, dry clean when necessary and trim any pilling accordingly.
