Welcome to KraftyKDesign. I am Kristina Saywell, the artist and designer behind my own small brand of home decor and children's toys.

I studied painting and history of art at university and now live and work in Cheltenham. I have two young children and a lot of my designs are inspired by the desire to surround them with modern, personalised toys and decor.

Many of my motifs have come to me from my children's likes: animals, fairy tales or characters from literature.

Apart from children's toys and decor, including prints and garlands, I love making Christmas decorations, hand-painted ceramic baubles and cards.

I would describe my style as modern monochromatic with an occasional brightly coloured accent.
