Available with or without ribbon, please chose which option you would prefer when ordering. Having ribbon means that the gift or plaque can be hung up (see images). If you chose without ribbon the plaque will lean up against a wall. If you choose to have ribbon, the pink version will come with baby pink ribbon, the blue version with baby blue ribbon and the yellow and grey will come with silver ribbon.

Three layers of acrylic. Top white acrylic disc with 2 shades of the colour of your choice acrylic in the middle and at the back. Choose from a blue version, a pink version or a yellow and grey version, but other colours are available if you prefer, other colours include greens or purples.
