The foolproof mix just requires the addition of 90g softened butter and one egg to make approximately 18-20 scrumptious cookies.
Shelf life approx six months.
All our mixes are made with the finest quality ingredients including English flour, Belgian chocolate and contain no artificial colours or flavourings, just like baking at home from scratch but without the fuss.

Ingredients: WHEAT Flour (wheat, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), dark soft brown sugar, white chocolate chunks (sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOYA lecithins), flavouring: natural vanilla), Dried cranberries (Cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), baking poweder (WHEAT flour, (raising agents: disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate.)
None of our mixes contain nuts however they are produced in an environment which handles nuts.
